Vegam Solutions develops software, AI and industrial automation systems that help manufacturers connect what happens across the plant, from production and warehouse operations to machines, people, enterprise systems and increasingly intelligent decision-making.
Our work spans manufacturing operations management, warehouse management, industrial robotics and enterprise AI.
325+ plants. 60+ countries. One lesson: manufacturing never runs on one system.
Across the manufacturing environments we’ve worked in, the same underlying challenge appears in different forms: production, materials, quality, maintenance, warehouse operations, machines, enterprise systems and people all need to work together while the plant keeps running.
That is the problem Vegam has spent more than two decades working on.
Vegam is a manufacturing technology company working across software, industrial automation, data and AI. Our products are designed to work with the systems manufacturers already depend on, in environments where production cannot simply stop while technology is changed.
Vegam has remained independently owned since its founding in 2000.
Manufacturing does not operate in product categories. A production team needs material available, equipment running, quality confirmed, the warehouse synchronized, and decisions made with the right context. Our portfolio grew around those needs, not as a single monolithic platform.
Founded in 2000. In 2007 we helped a Henkel plant in Australia run production without paper, and every capability since has been built outward from that one question: how do you make the whole operation work as one?
The capability chain, in the order we grew into it, which is why the portfolio looks the way it does today.
So our work starts with understanding the existing operation, not with a product demonstration.
Processes, systems, constraints, people, data and business objectives, before anything is proposed.
Integrate with the systems already running the operation: ERP, PLC, DCS, SCADA, LIMS, warehouse systems and machines.
Deploy around real production requirements rather than forcing the factory into a generic workflow.
Use operational data and feedback from the floor to continuously improve the system in place.
Extend implementations that work across lines, plants and regions.
Paperless manufacturing, standardized globally
Recipe-driven, fully paperless manufacturing
Multi-line operational visibility
Both founders remain hands-on. Engineering, delivery and support operate within one organisation rather than being split across acquired units.
Founded the company in 2000 and still runs it. Thirty years across electronics, software and manufacturing execution systems.
Co-founded the company and owns the platform architecture. Still a hands-on coder.
Industrial IoT and AI/ML. Previously led product businesses at Nokia and Accenture.
Thirty years in global IT. Previously a Vice President at Mphasis.
The factory is the source of truth. Every capability we ship started as a problem someone had on a live production floor.
Technology should integrate with the customer’s environment, not demand that the environment be rebuilt around the software.
Manufacturing is complex. The technology should make that complexity easier to understand and operate, not hide it.
Manufacturing is becoming more connected, automated and intelligent. We are building the technologies that help manufacturers make that transition without losing operational control.
